By scheduling a service, making a payment, or otherwise engaging with Homepatible, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree to these Terms, please do not use our services. We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time; continued use of our services after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
Services
Homepatible provides home services including but not limited to:
- HVAC installation, repair, and maintenance
- Plumbing services
- Electrical services
- Smart home technology installation and integration
- Maintenance plans and service agreements
Services are provided at the address specified at the time of scheduling. You agree to provide accurate information and to ensure safe, accessible conditions for our technicians to perform the work.
Pricing
Pricing for services will be communicated before work begins. We provide upfront estimates when possible. You agree to pay for all services rendered, including labor, parts, and any applicable fees. Payment is due upon completion of service unless otherwise agreed in writing. We accept various payment methods as communicated at the time of service. Late payments may be subject to interest and collection fees.
Warranties
We stand behind our work and may offer warranties on labor and parts as specified at the time of service. Manufacturer warranties may apply to equipment and parts. Our warranties do not cover issues caused by misuse, neglect, unauthorized repairs, or conditions outside our control. To make a warranty claim, contact us promptly with your service details.
Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Homepatible shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from or related to our services. Our total liability for any claim shall not exceed the amount you paid for the specific service giving rise to the claim. Some jurisdictions do not allow the exclusion of certain warranties or limitation of liability, so some of the above may not apply to you.
Governing Law
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of California, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. Any disputes arising from these Terms or our services shall be resolved in the courts of Santa Barbara County or San Luis Obispo County, California.
